Jonathan T. Trexler, Esq.

Mr. Trexler obtained his LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law, where he served as Graduate Editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics. He obtained his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Mitchell|Hamline School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Since he began practicing law in 2004, Mr. Trexler has gained considerable expertise in commercial litigation, bench and jury trials, international trade, tax, and construction and real estate matters. He has represented individuals as well as a wide variety of business entities, and routinely obtains favorable results in courtrooms and closing rooms.

Yujian Zhang, Esq.
PARTNER & MANAGING ATTORNEY
Mr. Zhang comes from Sichuan province, China. Mr. Zhang obtained his B.A. and Master of Law degree from Southwest Jiaotong University in Chengdu. He then obtained his LL.M from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. Mr. Zhang is currently admitted in the New York State Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of International Trade. With legal knowledge of both China and the U.S., Mr. Zhang is also highly experienced in civil and commercial disputes, contract matters, business transactions, trade and negotiation, legal research and consultation on legal strategy.
